    Very clever. It sort of sums up the NHS and its Civil Service “Managers” who spend vast sums of our money on fancy offices, social engineering and their comfortable pensions – and less and less on actual medical care…..

    Social care means mediocre care for everyone. Except the politicians and their bureaucrat chums of course.
