Rice says all hurricane aid offers from other countries will be accepted
It’s nice to know they’ve offered - whether or not anything comes of it.

I think a lot of the offers are for show.
Maybe my BS meter is pegging unnecessarily, but we shall see.
Also, beware “Greeks” bearing gifts. Most of the offerees ARE NOT OUR FRIENDS!!!
Please forgive my cynicism, but we have been burned so many times by our so called “friends” I must stand skeptical.
Only accept from friends - that should send a powerful message. Heard over CNN that S’pore copters are being used. Dunno what M’sia offered. Would expect it to do some rivalling with S’pore for “face” value. “Kiasu”-ness, in local slang.
