Calm down. It isn’t as bad as you think it is.

Go read More on the Red and the Blue, take a deep breath (into a paper bag if necessary), try to slow the hearbeat, take a long walk, whatever…. We Will Survive, no matter who gets elected. We Will NOT have a civil war. Okay? Calm down.

“Y2k” was not TEOTWAWKI and this election won’t be either.

  1. Perhaps it’s time to state the obvious. The voter enrollment engines (ACT, ACORN, NVP, et al) were initiated to add Democratic names on the roster. However, the only real accomplishment seems to be motivation of the Republicans to do the same (legitimately). The Dems may have added more names. However, if you throw out the winos, fictional characters, and the unreliable…you’re left with minimal gains if any.

As long as the Appellate cases in Ohio, Michigan (and soon to be Iowa) hold..things should work out for the best. Everyone thinks Ohio will be the circus state this season…I’m going with Missouri in that regard due to the cryptic decision of the Court.
