Anti-Gay Marriage Amendment Fails in House
My prediction is that this one is going to be like the amendment to ban flag burning. It’s going to come up every year, and get voted down every year, fo a few decades, after which it will die a quiet death.

If these people want to have some sort of legal liaison, don’t let them call that “marriage”, hence giving it the wrong (usurped)implications. Let them build their own terms of contract up from the ground themselves.
