Latest reports are that there are 2 million people without power.

[update] Now downgraded to Category 1. That helps some.

Haven’t posted because the phones have been down. The phones are now working again but the DSL is not. Since my emergency dialup (that comes with the DSL) is very limited in hours, blogging will be severely restricted until I get DSL back up. But I’m fine here. At least we still have power. It’s flickered a few times but it does that even in good weather… (And if they really have captured al-Douri, I’m going to be busy ululating…)
