Kathy, The post you link to contains a lot of misinformation, mis-characterizes the problems with the peak oil theory which accurately predicted peak oil production in the US to almost the month and generally give people the very wrong idea that we are not headed down the road to a real severe energy problem.
I have written extensivaly on my site about this and unfortunaly it is a bit more complex then this person makes it out to be.
