Anything can be a weapon

In my continuing series of creative weaponry….

Thief stopped by loaf of bread. “To avoid getting hurt, I decided to distract the man with the knife and all I had in my hand was the loaf of Happy Shopper bread, so I walloped him with it.”

Admittedly, all the bread did was distract the man long enough for him to be disarmed – but that was all that was necessary.

If you are attacked, distracting the attacker, even for a second or two, can let you get away or get to a better weapon.

Just as a mental exercise, look around you and try to figure out how you could use at least 5 things within reach as a weapon of sorts. I bet you’ll surprise yourself with your creativity.
